Working closely with the team at Total Tools, we scoped, designed and delivered a feature rich solution that is fully integrated with Pronto, Adobe Marketing Cloud, ShippIT to enable click & collect and ship from store plus the Total Tools loyalty and Gift Cards programs.
Other platform features include; Unbxd onsite search, advanced pricing tiers for regions and customer groups, multiple payment methods, GEO IP store locator, advanced shipping rules, integration through Channel Advisor for ebay and relevant marketplaces and the ability to create and display personalised content and offers for different customer segments.
The platform’s advanced product management enables Total Tools to market complex bundled product kits that are aligned with their diverse product assortment.
The high performance, auto scaling AWS infrastructure enables Total Tools to conduct and aggressively drive seasonal sale events with confidence.
