We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team. As a solutions consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing pre–sales consulting and support to our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare high–level technical materials for proposals, ensuring that the solutions align with the business needs of our clients and the functionality of our core platforms. In addition, you will be involved in eliciting, analysing, and managing the business, functional, and nonfunctional requirements. You will actively participate in solution functional design in collaboration with our implementation teams. Your expertise in wireframing and documenting design documentation will be essential, and you will also provide ongoing support to our implementation teams as an internal product owner.
To be successful in this position, you should have a minimum of 4 years of work experience as a Business Systems Analyst and/or Project Manager, with a significant portion of that experience focused on eCommerce. You should possess a diverse range of skills and experience in the following areas:
