About the role:

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver digital eCommerce projects.
  • Manage the project scope, schedule, budget, risks, resources, stakeholders, and quality.
  • Manage projects using SCRUMbased or hybrid Agile Waterfall delivery approach.
  • Plan project resources, direct work, and track progress.
  • Report project progress to internal and external stakeholders via formal reporting.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Monitor and control project profitability.

About you:

To be selected for this position, you will have the following:

  • 2+ years of experience as an eCommerce project manager or similar experience is a must.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and good temperament, even in difficult situations.
  • Build good working relationships with clients and coworkers.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Produces highquality documentation and reports.
  • A knack for solving problems.
  • Well organised and can manage multiple projects and/or tasks.
  • Utilise tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Google apps to keep your work organised and direct the project team.
  • Have good client management and communication skills Negotiation skills, able to identify and manage different client personalities, expectation management.
  • Able to manage, control, and execute the agreed scope within the constraints.
  • Able to create project documentation (Project Charters, Project Plans, Sprint Plans etc).
  • Able to identify and communicate project risks and propose mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Able to plan resources required and work with crossfunctional and distributed teams.

As this role involves direct interaction with customers, we expect you to demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customerfacing positions.
  • Outstanding presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to solve problems and think creatively.
  • Ability to work effectively in crossfunctional and geographically distributed teams.

Highly regarded skills:

  • Experience on Magento and Adobe platforms.
  • Experience on any other eCommerce platforms.
  • Experience working in Agile / SCRUM teams.
  • Knowledge on and/or certification from PMI (PMP, PMIACP) or SCRUM Alliance / Scrum.org (CSM, CSPO).
  • Technical background in PHP LAMP stack.
