Balance helped Mitre 10 empower store owners with localised content management by integrating a Headless CMS with the Commerce platform. The solution streamlined content updates, allowing stores to manage local promotions while maintaining a cohesive national brand presence. The project offers a scalable, consistent approach to digital content, driving better community engagement and strengthening Mitre 10’s overall brand strategy.
7-Eleven Australia: Next-Generation ‘Pay & Go 2.0’ Technology
Building on the success of ‘Pay & Go 1.0,’ Balance partnered with 7-Eleven Australia to launch ‘Pay & Go 2.0’—a next-gen, frictionless payment solution integrated with Grabango’s AI technology. By streamlining the My 7-Eleven app with computer vision capabilities, we eliminated the need for traditional checkouts, allowing customers to pay effortlessly. Piloted in 2024, the innovative solution delivered a seamless, scan-free shopping experience, showcasing our expertise in complex integrations and user experience design.
La Trobe University: Transforming Short Course Enrolment from 3 days to 4 minutes
Balance streamlined La Trobe University’s short course enrolment process from 3 days to just 4 minutes. By integrating Commerce with the LMS, SSO, and finance systems, we created a seamless experience that automated data and payment flows, reduced administrative tasks, and unlocked new learner opportunities. The new online platform has enabled La Trobe to offer 165 courses and 92 merchandise products, setting the stage for continued growth and personalisation
