About the role:

We are seeking talented Magento and Adobe developers who will excel in either a team member or team lead capacity. In this role, you will contribute to the development of technical specifications, shape solution architecture, and organise the team’s workflow to ensure both velocity and quality. By mentoring team members, distributing work according to skill and experience levels, and overseeing code reviews and quality controls, you will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the development team on requirements analysis and technical design of software solutions.
  • Contribute to maintaining project backlogs.
  • Participate in technical decisionmaking throughout the development process.
  • Develop highquality code.
  • Contribute to the design and maintenance of code structure.
  • Provide technical consultancy.
  • Ensure software quality through audits, code reviews, and testing.
  • Analyse requirements and provide estimations for projects.
  • Contribute to the improvement of corporate IT infrastructure, including. automation software and tools, and optimisation of structure and processes.

About you:

We require candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in PHP development. Solid knowledge of modern objectoriented programming (OOP) and integration patterns, as well as contemporary practices such as Dependency Injection, Facades, and Separation of Concerns, is essential. You should have at least 1 year of experience in Magento and Adobe Commerce, and a minimum of 1 year of team management experience. A strong understanding of the system services stack for applications is also required.
