Objectives

Downies recognised an opportunity to modernise and improve their online presence for both Downies Coins and Macquarie Mint. After an extensive review process, Downies selected the Magento Cloud Platform and enterprise partner Balance Internet to architect, design and develop a new high performance platform to suit their requirements.

The project focused on improving overall user experience & conversion, while streamlining back of house operations through full integration with SAP.
