The Australian Government – Services Australia (Department of Human Services) engaged Balance Internet to architect and develop a digital platform that enables Australian citizens to connect with accredited service providers from varying community support sectors and services, for example child care services and bushfire disaster relief services.

Service Connect supports Services Australia’s impact and mission, through transforming the way that citizens connect with service providers. Service Connect is the overarching framework that allows for additional accredited services to be added in rapid time and benefit from the established built in functionality.
