Their partnership with Balance Internet to create their first online store with Magento Enterprise. Their online strategy has become a successful addition to the brand, enabling customers to research and purchase homewares online. The brand’s priority was to ensure its online experience reflected its relaxed, informative and inspiring in-store experiences, and design heritage. The result reminds consumers that their products offer stylish, quality living for years to come. You’ll see this ideology reflected on the site from the way product is merchandised using large inspiring photography to engage users whilst having the ability to shop using bundled and grouped product types. Colour swatches improved their experience whilst allowing products to be merchandised separately on catalog pages making it easy for customers to search and browse product variants.
