James Horne - Director
James is a Director of Balance Internet with over 13 years experience as an Internet Solutions Architect. After earning his Honours Degree in Engineering, James continued his education to receive his MBA. Majoring in Marketing and IT from the Melbourne and Copenhagen Business Schools, James has now become "the go to guy" of online retail and marketing.
Mal Williams – Director Web System Integrator
Mal has spent over 12 years developing standalone Inventory and Retail systems, e-commerce, systems integration and web applications. He has extensive expertise in systems integration and open-source software.
Mal has worked with a range of clients developing web and inventory management, Industrial Automation and Control (Micro-Controller) builds and integration into existing Industrial Metrics systems using combinations of micro-controller based measurement devices and standalone PC Software. He is passionate about problem solving, always looking for new and creative ways to streamline workflow processes with a focus on manageability and future systems growth.
David Crothers – Director Online Retail and Digital Marketing
David, with a career spanning 25 years in advertising, retail and digital marketing, has led the development of campaigns for Myer, Mitre 10, Beaurepaires, Woolworths (NZ), Air New Zealand, Shell, Kraft and Ford Dealers. His experience ranges from MD and leadership roles at Mattingly, Gasworks, Grey Worldwide and JWT. He has led businesses in multi media, online, direct marketing, digital production and public relations. He is passionate about fully integrated campaigns that drive sales both online and in store.
Trent O’Sullivan - Account Director
Trent, at 37, has already worked in advertising for 19 years. From humble beginnings, he progressed through the industry to become Group Account Director and Partner with The Brand Agency.
Trent has worked in some of Melbourne’s leading advertising agencies, which gave him the opportunity to learn from some of the industry’s great thinkers and leaders.
His major clients have included Capt’n Snooze, Kidz Biz, Melbourne Water, The Gas & Fuel Corporation, Heatane Gas, Sigma Pharmaceuticals, Sabco, Retravision, Red Rooster, Disney Stores and Toyota. Working on these clients has given Trent well-rounded experience, in both a retail and mainstream perspective, vital for anyone wishing to succeed in this highly competitive environment.
Trent’s people skills, logical mind and straight forward “keep it simple” manner, are keys to the success of Balance, along with his unquestionable confidence in the ability of his team.
